Guided Deep Breathing

The benefits of breathwork are not only abundant, you can experience them after only a short practice of deep breathing. You may find that you are less stressed, more balanced and energized and that your body and mind feel clear and connected. Here is a short breathwork practice. It is simple enough that you can continue the practice on your own and effective enough that you will feel a shift in your body and mind right away.
