Loving Kindness Meditation






A Loving Kindness, or Metta, Meditation is rooted in love and what better day to practice a meditation rooted in love than Valentine's Day. No matter how you feel about the heart holiday, there's no doubt love is a powerful emotion and while we can appreciate the power of love, we may not always know how to express it. Especially when it comes to showing self-love, compassion and empathy.
