Fitness

It's simple - in order to live your best life, you must move! Exercise is directly linked to longer lives, disease prevention, mood & energy boosts, happier relationships, and of course a healthier and stronger body. I know it can be hard to fit it into your busy life. I know that somedays it is hard to enjoy. Yes, it takes discipline. Yes, YOU are worth it! 

Nutrition

I help clients develop a real relationship with food. You'll never feel like you're on a diet or restricting foods. Instead, my approach actually incorporates more into your day - more plants from the Earth, more nutrient rich foods, more understanding of what it means to eat whole, real foods. I love to cook and love to share recipes to make plant-based cooking possible for you!

Mindfulness

There is a wide held assumption that mindfulness means living a calm life.  It’s true that mindfulness can slow you down to a better pace in life, one where you can savor sweet moments and learn from experiences. It can also shift your thoughts away from criticism and comparison and make you more creative, more active, and more in touch with your world so that you have the power to change it.
